On a Happier Note

It is out of this world weird to see your belly growing (however insignificantly) in a way that is completely out of your control. My arms are thin, my legs are sticks, I can see my collarbone protruding out of my neck, I can't even wear my wedding ring because I've even lost weight in my fingers, but my belly is growing outwardly. It is so weird.

No one else seems to notice, though. I tell them, if there is a roundness at all, it's my baby belly. Some of them are nice and say, "Oooo, look at you!" and others just giggle and say sarcastically, "Oh yeah, there it is. So eensy weensy!"

Oh well. I am noticing it, and it is weird.

Today I thought about what our baby will look like and I just wish it was the end of July already!
